:) smart casual sounds good :) should i organise the meeting or let the client decide... for example, best i can think is a coffee shop or a bar in the afternoon something like that?

I've shot in lowlight, but never in a church, other than the Basillica's in Italy (as a tourist).

I may bite the bullet and get my hands on some faster glass by then, hopefully an IS L. 24-105 seems extremely attractive...

I'm just home from a wedding, download cards. Today I did my 24th wedding this year - though I might've archived a few so that might be a bit low. I have three more weddings booked for this year, and about a dozen booked for next year so far. I've lost count of the number of weddings i've done in total, I really have no idea.

coffee shop? maybe a bit busy, you could meet at their home, more relaxing/comforatble for them.

i've never met clients at their home before. asian couple tend not to live together, nor do they have the opportunity to meet under the roof of the their partners home in situations like this...

if it is to be the clients home, then i will let them make that decision... sounds good to me though, they live local (ish) maybe tops 20 miles away.

Good point, I'm just used to people living together before marriage. Find out where they are comfortable meeting you...thats the important part.
