I don't really know. I want to lose weight and get my blood pressure back down where it should be for me (110/70 would be okay). I guess I'll measure against weight, too, just the other way. Duration of challenge?

duration say till the end of the year? because if it works, we can make it a new years resolution for something more permanent.

rules are to keep a diary of your exercise routine. we can start at the weekend? or friday night which is when I might attempt to exercise or do something like ride a bike etc...

Since there are other alternatives, I really don't care. We have a chat thread on Dan's forum, as well as other things of interest specifically geared to the working wedding pro. This is Pekka's forum to do with as he pleases, and if he feels this is the wisest decision, who am I to argue? This forum will just be a place I go if I want to talk about gear or general business. Dan's and Jeff's forums will be the place to go for professional wedding stuff.

sounds good. Friday night, hm? That's our usual takeout night (pizza not junk), but I guess I can forego the usual sitting on my butt after that for doing some exercise. My diary starts Friday.

So.... I guess I'll take this opportunity say goodbye to everyone else who won't be back much. it's been great seeing all of your work and learning so much from all of you. Maybe I'll see ya again when I'm a pro.
