there is a place called Spark people...sparkpeople.c​om. Niraj, you can go and join and start a group called POTNERS or whatever you want...we can all join and there we can keep track, get ideas, suggestions, motivations etc.

let me know I belong to two groups already and it's a huge site. wtih tons of exercises, tips, etc.

Oooh erm the front page of that site is full of women! Looks like a health freak site! Not sure if it's my "cuppa tea (with 1 less spoon of sugar)"
