I'm getting ready to go shoot guns. I'm being taken to the local police range by a tenant/friend who is in the Sheriff's Dept.

This will be fun.

Omgosh, how did it go? Did you have fun, next time you see one of those guys ask them if they've ever passed a No.2 pencil test :-)

Just got home and the kids are asleep! Took a few 'snapshots' for advertizement for the event and now am hanging out w/ my sister! I'm really tired, but its hard for me to sleep when my husband is away. Tomorrow i'll work on some more of the bridals i took saturday and finally get to work out to the Hip Hop Abs video i ordered that should be in tomorrow. Excited bout that.

off to check out the 'photo sharing section' and see what people thought of my last 'shariing thread'

I was really pleased. I haven't shot anything larger than a .22 in several years, and we shot a lot of .45s, .40 cal, 10mm, and .357.....several hundred rounds. I stayed on the paper, and actually held some pretty good groups. We also shot silhouettes with an M-16, and that was a hoot. I really impressed myself, although the weapon certainly deserves most of the credit. I'd never shot one before at all.

I don't seem to have any soreness. I was worried about my arthritis, but apart from my sore knees from running back and forth to check the targets, I'm doing really well. The only soreness is my thumbs from loading all those magazines.

No idea what the #2 pencil test is, but it sounds interesting.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Sounds like they gave you the gala tour. I bet you had a blast!

When I qualified, long time ago, if they liked you, but you failed the course, they took a #2 pencil and poked it through the paper to give you a qualifying score. I did not need it. and they have long since stopped doing it. :D

Good morning. Already had a crazy morning, but took care of the little accidents and now, kids are on the bus and I'm getting more of the house clean. I would rather play my games. :) But life goes on.

How is everyone doing today? I forgot to take my Zyrtec last night so I'm suffering this morning. Took it right after breakfast.

My son threw up right at the top of the stairs on his way to the shower and said something like, "Mom! Something more than a cough came out!" But he didn't tell me what until I stepped in it. Yeah. Great morning already.
