Hi Jim - that shot of the receding caisson(?) is really beautiful. I love the way you captured the contrast of the grave stones going up the shaded hill with the brighter foreground. Again, you've managed a terrific 3-D effect.

One of the guests in the church audience almost looks like Robert Patrick..... bit of a strange script, but still nicely done; thanks for sharing. thekid24 wrote in post #5391893 Hey Buckeye! Heres that song http://www.youtube.com …2w8txtiQs&feature=related Here is the same song done by A Static Lullaby http://www.youtube.com …JYOZF_HQE&feature=related how ya like? GEAR LIST

Both have kinda inspired me. the one by frou frou (first link) inspired me to go out and find these shots while the second link i was listening to while painting. Cool to see the different emotions they evoke. Especially the lyrics "theres beauty in the breakdown" hence the busted up part of the city

The parents had hired the fastest working caricaturist I'd ever seen in my life, to keep the kiddies amused. I swear this guy must have had 10 cups of coffee before the event, chased down by a liter of Mountain Dew. thekid24 wrote in post #5392053 wow your caracture drawing looks a lot like you...kudos to who did that....haha ![]() GEAR LIST

You don't see the "mistakes" and "practice boards" just out of camera view.:o And the board I'm using I'd purchased about 4 years ago. The only reason I'm doing it this late is that the deadline for two shows I got accepted to are coming up really fast. kja wrote in post #5392080 You're so good.
