Chris, I popped on to wish you the best! We're expecting rain, but I in our area it can easily just pass us over!!

I'm not leaving till 12:30, so I have a few hours to relax.

Packed up now and ready to go...

Good luck today to you too Lisa, I hope you two have great days! (Notice the correct spelling of the "to's" LOL)

Thanks everyone!

I guess instead of "break a leg," we should say "break a CF card?" If one was superstitious, that is.

I'm packed and ready. It looks like today isn't going to be very nice outside. We've got 20-30mph wind coming along. I'm leaving at 11 to get there by 1 (including stopping for lunch).

You know what, I can't spell AND I don't have grammer abilites like some, but I do have heart and soul and people know what I mean. I've tried to do it better, but you know, I type fast, and I just acquired a crappy way of doing it.

Sucks for those bothered by it, but honestly only one ok two people (michael ;)) have ever gotten on me for it

So...there :p

Fortunately snow is Monday.

Hopefully we'll get the veil flying around and not the bride flying around.

I often offer my services and if I don't do the work right away, it does get lost. So, when I shoot an event, I process that week and mail it off ASAP. I've learned that if you don't get things done right away, it doesn't get done right. If people are paying you, you owe them. If you are offering your services free, you should also feel you owe them.

Anyway, Happy Weekend to you all! I've just gotten up myself having taken a Tylenol PM last night and knocked myself out for about 8 hours. Feel great this morning. No headache so far. And the sun is really shining and the hubby better put sunscreen on today. And the boys got too much sun last Saturday and suffered.

In the past, I have procrastinated over getting wedding or senior pics done, even angered a few customers because I didn't have them done as fast as they wanted. I get VERY busy in the late summer months and it's all I can do to keep up. I tend to get overwhelmed and then I have an even harder time because I am so stressed that there is SO much work to do. This year I have sworn that I will not let myself get behind and so far I have done great. I also have a friend here that I have been teaching some minor PP to and she will help me get through the super busy times. I am also much better at making sure I get it right in the camera so I don't have a bunch of PP to do. This is not an easy job!:)

OH......and I don't take as many shots as I used to, I HATE culling! I find I am much more careful if I take less shots.

So Lisa & Chris, did you guys decide what the "Theme" shot was going to be for today? How about the wildest hair do, or the loudest outfit.

What time you set out Chris?

We're now leaving at 10:30 and getting lunch. My wife is dropping me at the church (partly so we can get our wedding album from the photographer) and then she'll go visit her family in the Detroit area. She'll pick me up from the reception afterwords.

We're on from 1:30-9:30 tonight.

We never came up with a theme, mainly because I could only come up with completely catty ideas that I would be uncomfortable posting the images on a public forum.
