Alrighty... just sold my used 1DMkII for $2,200 and a new 23" Apple Cinema Display!

With ksgeag's 1D arriving this Monday, I'll have successfully "downgraded" to the venerable 1Dino and it's peculiarities.

Now I'm shopping for a brand new 5D + 8GB CF card + shipping (US). Any specials that I should be aware of?

Thanks!

Basically a free printer? Don't need one... (Thanks though! ;))

You should check with the authorized distributor in Brazil for rebates. Each country seems to have a different program.

I just got a 5D with the grip and am awaiting a $740 rebate from Canon Canada. The details of mine is that I have to be a Canadian resident with a Canadian address and have bought it from an authorized dealer in Canada. I would assume each country has similar restrictions?

Cheers! :)
