Is it just the body or will it come with the accessories? I'm willing to bet some poor sap got ripped off, or it's a bait and switch.

I've never seen a Mark II N go for under $2,000. We're just starting to see Mark II's go for around $1,700-$1,800 at the low end.
For $410 you'd be lucky to get a beat up 20D

There's one thing with internet sales... If it sounds too good to be tree, then it normally is something wrong. And $410 for 1dmk2n fits into "too good to be true". You can't get not even old beaten original 1d with few 100.000 actuations for $410, not brand new (and 9000 actuations is brand new) 1dmk2n.

MY question is... who is serious enough to buy an MKIIN or
MKIII but can't spend 2 minutes researching the market value of
his current camera? even pawnshops and garage salers are
wired into ebay nowadays...

The mail of the guy is something like: asdfgh@hotmail.com (external link)
and this is an auto email from it. ( hotmail do auto reply mail? nah!)
