Ok, now I may be just a little bit less than objective, but MAN I love these big blue eyes. This is my 5 year old! And my new 40D! (yes, I love the kid more)

The eyes are great. I always think the eyes make or break the shot.

Looks really nice! Which lens did you use? There is some room for improvement though. Adding a little curves in Photoshop and a bit of sharpening would REALLY make the eyes pop. I'd post it but you don't have image editing turned on.

There's always room for improvement with me, But I'm getting better, I think. I used a 17-85mm f4-5.6 IS lens. And this shot is straight out of the camera. It will get better pp. and I don't know how to turn editing on but i'm more than happy to have you play!

i like the rosy cheeks in the edit, but some of the skin seems too yellow
