Someone is trying to book me for a thanksgiving wedding.
Would you jack up your fee at all considering that it's last minute, and thanksgiving?

I did not want to do a Thanksgiving wedding but felt if they wanted to pay my asking price I would do it. They did not go for it. Scott

So my suggestion is that YES if they want you to work a holiday than it is more expensive. Also time away from the family was another issue with me.

I had to call a plumber in once because the sewer line backed up on a holiday... cost me 3 times more than it would have if I waited until after the holiday... same principle... Tommy
