Similiar to my "sunset" shot I posted. Although this is after the sun set, and the lights of NYC came on. I was on the fence as to whether or not I should include the rocks in the foreground, but you can all tell me what you think.

i like the photo without the rocks. if the rocks were more defined then i'd probably like it more.
