Hey all, it's been a while since I've posted, nice to be back in the forum seeing all your wonderful photos.:)

I've just got back from my 2nd home Antigua and managed to take a few snaps, this is my favourite and my best in-flight shot to date (I'm not very good at them so was happy to get a nice one!)

This beauty flew right over a lagoon opposite my deck, so he was at a good height for the photo. C&C welcome, thanks for looking.

Beautiful shot! Sorry for changing the topic, but I have one question for you Seany. Do you notice any slow focusing by using the 500mm f4 lens with the 30D body. I've heard people said that it's not 100% of its functions if use on the 30D. But, I have seen some outstanding results in this forum even with the 20D body. Your inputs, or anyone with the experience, are greatly appreciated. Thanks and, again, a job well done by handheld!

Hi Ben, I usually use the 500 on my 5d, and I have to say that I noticed no difference in the speed of focus between the 2 bodies. Both bodies perform very well with the 500, hope this helps.
