too much noise in my pictures

hey guys...what is the best method to remove noise from my pictures?

i get tons of noise in low light shots....is this just done in pp or can i use a filter on my lens to help with the noise when shooting in low light conditions?

If you post a picture, then members can help you with how to get a good exposure.

Underexposure causes really bad noise.

Software is used for noise removal. Here are two links.

Never heard of this before. I shoot nothing but RAW and don't own any noise reduction software. Anyone else know about it?

Are you shooting in RAW and having the raw processing software automatically boost the exposure? That's one surefire way of bringing out nasty noise.

oh, and there's no filter to help - try something like Noise Ninja.. I tried a few and settled on that one as the best for me.

Noise Ninja is subtle but it seems to help and do a fairly good job, worth checking out.

Make sure you get your exposure correct at high ISO.

And noise reduction plug-ins help a lot. I like www.neatimage.com (external link)

sorry guys, havent had any time to come back here. i am uploading a photo now.

i think that i am underexposing my shots...but i actually get a good picture of what i am shooting...in this case, my projected image on a white wall...
