can someone give a link where i can download the full dpp programe the can website says unable to locate the page

There are no legitimate sites for you to download full Canon software. Canon only provides updates on the web. You will either have to install the original software that came with your camera, then install the update, or try an have someone give you access to some discrete location where you can download the full versions.

it's all full versions and if you do a search you will find the registry line/s canon sniffs for to do the update/full install.

i do believe it has been posted here and elsewhere about 1 or 2 months back.
