List the lenses you had but sold/traded off

Along a similar line as the thread of 'What's your lens line up?'
I thought it would be interesting to see what lenses folks have
owned but have since parted ways with, no need to list those
that you moved and replaced, just the ones that didn't stay put

I'll start;

Once I made the move to digital, I sold off the following in order to get the 16-35L

24 f2.8
35 f2
35-135
50 f1.8

16-35L got the 16-35L but didn't hang on to it

Tokina 17 f3.5
Sigma 30 f1.4
Canon 200L f2.8
Sigma 150 f2.8

various reasons I'm sure we all would have as to why a certain lens moved
from our line up, that would take too much time to read

The question is.....what lenses will I for sure never sell....Hmmm....35L, 85LmkII and...um well, honestly I'd like to say I'll keep them all but those two are the only two I'll never sell......fricken pathetic

From memory, but those went after EOS and the bottom dropped out. I also sold off some Nikon gear and bodies from the same era.

You'd think, huh? I have to wonder if there are any other brick layers out there. I doubt anyone's "previously owned EF lens list" compares.

Unless you buy them cheap and make a profit selling used, I don't understand why anyone would buy and sell the same lens 16 times.

May I ask why?

but note I had the 10-22mm sold it, and then later purchased a second copy I missed the lens too much.
