What really should count, is the idea? And the stories I am trying to tell ...
So, the numbers should not matter.. right ?

Did you design it?

About the design - I didn't design it by my self. The idea was mine, but it was made by the meant4 guys. You can find a link on my site.

Looks slick with good images. Like other sites with I think flash viewer???
I hate waiting while the images load up, but the wait isn't too long.

Bootsie/Antoni:

Both ideas are subjective, in my opinion. It depends on what you are trying to do.

Somewhere on this forum, I posted about what I should do or how I should create my site.

Essentially, I have a website that I created with Gallery2 installed that is managed by me. Great site, look and feel is consistent but the images there are from P&S camera and it's just general pictures of anything and everything. Travel, parties, etc. etc. This site was essentially my presense on the world wide web and geared towards my family to be able to view my pictures.

Now that I'm in digital photography, I want to create a portfolio of my dSLR shots. I don't want to mix it with the older site so I bought Zenfolio (upgraded to premium). Fortunately or unfortunately, I have a technical and creative background so I had to decide what I was going to do?

In the end, I decided, I can have the best of both worlds. I would create a portfolio like Antoni, showing 5 to 10 pictures of each category and if my fans :) wants more then they can be directed via link on the portfolio to my zenfolio page that will consist of several more images. If anything my entire collection.

That's my idea.

You can see some fresh stuff on the blog (external link)
Forgive me the lack of translation into english, within the blog, but the pictures should tell the whole story ;)
Additionaly I've made an update on my portfolio :

I've devided Trekking galleries into two seperate sets - winter (external link) & summer (external link) hike
I have added some new stuff into the rest photo sets

Regards
