Did some "fall" pics of the family with my new (and only) background. Just have 2 crappy umbrella hot lights and my 430 currently. I liked how they turned out... what do you think?

Oh, and I bought some leaves and flowers from Michael's :)

Actually my older daughter was hopping in and out of the frame playing peek-a-boo to get a smile out of him for me :)

Not a bad start...they look like they have a color cast to me, or was that "warmth" intended? I'd brighten them a little too. Otherwise good first shots!

Yes, the warmth was intended. I thought it fit, especially with her look in #2. I tried bouncing the flash from several angles, and this one the flash was bounced off my cherry floor and it added the warmth.

Nice compositions. The light in the 2nd shot is very appealing.

I don't see any cast on my monitor. their skintone looks good to me. I think the nip&nap gets in the way in the first shot, but all in all I like both shots.

I like both shots, but the nip&nap is a little distracting. All in all, their good shots.

I like them both...lighting is good in both. I probably would have cropped in tighter on the first one but that is just me.
I like to fill the space. :)

Where did you get the backdrop?
