i just got my 70-200 2.8 IS. i haven't had a chance to actually play with it. what do you guys think?

My first shots were all blurry from shake or out of focus or whatever. I learned that even with the IS, I could NOT hand-hold at 200mm, 2.8, and 1/15th and get a decent image...LOL...
