IMHO, when you have to move buttons to make room for it, it's obscene. The 30D was ideal in size but not resolution.

DennyG Goldmember 1,870 posts Likes: 5 Joined Jul 2004 Location: On the border - US/Mexico More info | The LCD on the 40D is fine. I use it very seldom, mostly to check for a blown sky so that I can add a darker ND filter. Sometime I may check the histogram.
