I had the luxury of spending a few days in the city. I didn't even know where to start. I always look up in cities. So going to NYC I admired the architecture straight away. I was staying near Times Square but wore out a pair of shoes walking at night and sometimes during the day.
I didn't get enough shots of people since where I was there was either WAY too many people, or there were NO people. I sometimes had to retreat to the hotel room for a break from the Times square mayhem. I simply can't imagine what it's like in summer.
Here are some samples below. My street photography isn't as strong as others and I bow to them. I had shopping to do amongst other things and I wish I could just take the camera out for a couple days with no strings attached. I bought some extension tubes and a bag at B&H, had some macro fun back in the hotel room with my watch.
