Leme guess, bulb setting, pressed the shutter, ran onto the bridge, flashed your flash about 10 times to light up that one column, then ran back to your camera and let the shutter off?

Great shot, I like the purpleness of the sky.

Good picture, good detail in the bridge pylon, excellent balance from the water to the skyline, you've got the exposure spot on.

Wow. I was in the same location just a few weeks ago! Your shot is so good, it makes me wish I'd gone back to that park at night. And well done for a 3 sec shot on a monopod!
