Used or canon refurbished 30D or new XTI

I had a 300d, XT, XTi, and now a used 30D. I love the 30D it is just far above the rest. Also picked up a used 10D as a back up. They are built so much better. And will last. In a few years I will pick up a Used 5Dm2, then after that move into the 1D Cameras. Go for the 30D and don't look back.
