Sorry... it's a PhotoShop (CS2) action. It (unzipped) goes into the "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Photoshop Actions" folder. I think its one of the most useful, and most used, plug-in I have purchased. And I have purchased a lot of plug-ins.
