Is this taken with tilt-shift?

I need to stay out of the buy/sell forum. It's burning a hole in the wallet...

I've been into cars for many years, but though I love fast cars (I used to compete before I morphed into an old fart) I don't like spending lots of money on what is a depreciating asset. So, I tend to buy cars that I consider to offer plenty of bang for your bucks.

My current car is a Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart. Basically, it's a Colt with a 1.5 turbo engine, a Getrag gearbox, stiffened bodyshell, early Evo brakes, uprated suspension, Recaro seats, alloys with Yokohama ADVAN tyres (sticky) etc. It's not hugely fast, but it's nippy and handles really well. As a bonus, when I'm not in a hurry, she returns around 6.4litres/100km economy.

It's a style that has been very popular in Japan for quite some time - small on the outside, but more room inside than you'd think. They've been on sale in Oz for years and I know they're sold in Europe, too. Subsequent versions were cheapened and now this original version is quite sought after.

Driving it is lot's of fun. It's the only car I've driven at speed where the electronic nanny doesn't spoil the handling, but you can turn her off if you prefer - just don't expect to get very long out of the front tyres!

You haven't seen a lot of cars my friend, US has a very limited auto market. 7 Europeans , few Japanese and two Koreans is all you can choose from.

not the case... I've been in a few other countries during my time in the military and saw a lot of cars that I would like to get my hands on eventually but that mitsu is kind of strange to me. It's like a fit trying to be an Evo, lol. I just find it strange and funny.
