I've never seen a real one either. If I remember numbers correctly, it's likely we never will. Haha.

actually, I take that back, I "think" saw a real one at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart...it was an old racecar with a livery, and it was behind glass...

LOL, thanks guys.... replica for sure. Super fun ride which my wife and I get to enjoy quite often. It does retain the spirit of the original since it has no creature comforts just like the real one ;-)a.

If I were going to buy a Jeep, that's the one to have! See lots and lots of SRT models around here - very few CRDs. Shame as they're so cool. I nearly bought a Liberty CRD last summer, still have mixed feelings about not pulling the trigger. Very cool truck, great location.

Ours has a Green Diesel Engineering tune. It'll do 0-60 in 6.2 seconds and averaged 30.2 mpg round trip from Dallas to Ouray and up through northern Colorado and back home. Love the beast.

Nice. Is that one built by Vintage Spyders?

Here are my rides (2 of them) during a ride over Rocky Mountain National Park:

It sure is, great quality replica however a little slow to get if you want one brand new. A company by the name of Seduction Motorsports takes their basic kits to build some amazing looking rides.

Love your "ru's" something about a flat 4 engine that gets me going ;-)a

Modern Day Jed Clampett

My friends told me that the GLA was too small

I said nonsense; with a little Jed Clampett engineering, anything was possible

A roof rack, large cage and tow hitch allowed for a great road trip all throughout the great state of California

QUOTED IMAGE

If I had to drive an SUV...I would want it to look like this one...purpose built and dirty...cause it was used for what it was built for. We have a trend here of the Wranglers that are built to go anywhere...but go nowhere, pretty garage queens...thousands of dollars in parts and not a speck of dirt on them...

Looks good. A little tighter crop would be my choice, especially if your spare tire behind it was cropped out. ; )

Ass shots. Not a fan of the trees, but I didn't want to spend the time to photoshop it out. Went out this morning to take shots and I was getting destroyed by mosquitoes, I got bit 8 times and only managed to take 4 shots before I gave up. Since I went through the trouble to take the shots, I felt like I should edit them anyway. Was messing around with some post processing stuffs.
