Nice E34. What color is it? We didn't get the 520i in the US, so I'm curious as to what engine it has? I'd guess the M42, but I really have no idea. -Dane

M50, of course! I'm an E30 guy, so I always forget about the M50 series. I was going to guess it was either bronzit or cirrusblau, haha. Always wanted an E34 - the hard to find 540i/6 speed. -Dane

It varies from state to state. Where I live you are only required a rear plate, many people have different front plates. There's strict emissions testing in some places, but I've seen open-wheel race cars driving down the street in Detroit. I know plenty of guys that toss out their catalytic converters - I've certainly done it before. -Dane
