I bet that's a lot of fun in northern Europe! My brother had one with fewer miles, but it rusted away and he couldn't drive it anymore. I always liked driving it, although the SOHC 4.6 leaves a LOT to be desired. Lol. Sometimes I wish I had a big 'ole boat like that. Love the bar and lights on the front. Should find some 17"s off a Mustang.

I asked because I just got a free 2000 Mercury Mountaineer (Beater) with 154,000 miles on it. Fun to drive & no lease payments! ; D

That's a good price! My '04 has 150k on it, but it's a Toyota... ;) I have always driven older cars, but I've also never had a car payment before.

Nice Terminator.

Free is always good:-). My daily is a little 75 bhp 3 cylinder VW Polo diesel, so the Mercury is right at the other end of the scale :-P Compared to my E34 520i it handles like a boat (seasickness is not unlikely), but it's mega fun to drive. The only drawback is the fuelprice here in Europe

Nice Prado. I wish my 4runner had a diesel engine.
