Seriously, this is actually how I used to go to work.

Sometimes, anyway...

Of all the rides I've owned, this one was probably my favorite; my 1999 Ford Explorer Sport.

I drove this thing from San Diego, California to Portland, Oregon in November of 2012, and then from Portland to Poyntelle, Pennsylvania in the spring of 2013. That trip took me 25 days and I drove over 5,800 miles. From Poyntelle I drove it to St. Augustine, Florida in August of 2013. I finally sold her in the fall of 2016 after putting about a quarter of a million miles on the clock.

The first shot is the morning I left Portland for my cross country trip, and the second is on the beach in St. Augustine...

Pretty shot. I'm wondering if it looks overexposed to anyone else?

I wouldn't say overexposed. Looks like if you move the dehaze slider down. Agreed, very cool shot. Looks like he was going for muted tones in post?

Edit: Awesome car, too!

To my eye it's more of a lack of contrast..shadows slider cranked way up maybe.

Thanks for the feedback! I was trying to pull out as much of the colors and it seemed when I faded the shadows a bit, it gave them a better tone. It was pretty flat sooc. But yes I love this car! Puts a smile on my face everyday I drive it!

Extremely jealous, I've always loved sevens. Is that an actual Caterham or a locost? Either way, extremely fun car

It’s a kit made by a British company called Luego. One of many seven producers based on locost design. An oversize seven designed for the rover/Buick V8 currently got a 3.9 fitted and a 4.6 sitting in the shed waiting to go in. Mark, my fellow photographer runs a Tiger with a 2.0 four pot putting out about the same power as mine but doesn’t sound as good. Image below taken on another field trip..
