Hello, I have began developing my new online photograph selling site. I was wondering if any one would be interested to help me out with Terms and condition and Privacy policy..

Hiring a law agent is beyond my reach... any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reading this
Ghosh

If you're planning on a DIY job you could start with a legal text called "Forms and precedents" which should be available in a law library (try a local university).

The problem with posting in an international forum is you'll get answers that will be in all likelyhood be worth what you've paid for them and relevant to other juridisdictions, not necessarily your own.

Good luck with it!

Use these as a starting point:

Both have been checked by lawyers and are geared specifically for the UK market and laws. Please do not copy them word for word, but modify for your own specific purposes.
