Not my normal type of shooting, but tried to do something that captured the nature of the area. I would love you thoughts... need to see this image through someone elses eyes. The image is in AdobeRGB, so it is showing a little light here.

I like the photograph.

What if you moved to the left in order to show the length of the fence, the length of the canon barrel and the highlighted sky? To me the photograph is a little too dark but it does convey a 'calm after a battle' feeling.

You ****! You were in my area and didn't bother to try to meet up?

Nice image...could maybe use a little lift in the shadows as it displays on my laptop though.

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)

Wasn't quit sure where Pee Ay was? Beautiful area though - lots of material to work with.

Yeah I should change that. It was cute when I thought of it and the alcohol played a small role.

Very nice Mark! I agree with Mr. PeeAy :) on the shadows. We gotta hook up sometime since you're local to me.

Absolutely.....

I always have issues with posting stuff like this because the devil is in the detail, and you just can't reduce an image down to this size and loose that. Just not the same feeling. Particularly if the shots are boarderline like this.

Anyway..... yep - we need to get an NC meeting together. Fall colors are awsome right now.
