How Do I get 100 and 3200 ISO on my 40D?

I enabled the custom function for the 3200, but for some reason i cannot get it, just 1600...also, the lowest i can go on the "creative" settings is 200 ISO.

Turn off highlight tone priority.

bigcountry,
You have the highlight tone priority enabled which gives you 2oo instead of 200. Just turn it off and you can access ISO 100 and H for 3200 :)
