Thanks :) Yes, the avatar seems to have been my most popular "aviation" photo to date. It was taken at the Chino Planes of Fame show a couple years ago...

Awesome ink! Very painful place to get it too. I need some aviation ink!

Very nice. Why is there a difference in the engine exhaust ports between the two helicopters?

It is my understanding that one is intended to diminish the Apache's heat signature.

I have an old "Picture It" that I add glow with, then used Lightroom- nothing fancy. Just kept moving sliders until I liked the look. Some old programs have some interesting effects.
