Nay, it's a Canadian C-130H. I recognize the numbering and you can see the bar of the Canadian Flag on the tail.

It is definitely a CC-130H from the Royal Canadian Air Force. It was at El Centro in support of a group of Canadian F/A-18's were training at NAFEC. It was our conclusion that it returning from a run to retrieve a generous supply of Molson's for the Hornet drivers :D

ahh see, now before just recently it would have simply been the Canadian Forces. They just added the Royal bit back in late 2011.
