I am in SAN a lot, and have always wanted to get the crew car and go to top of the parking garage right under the final approach path.

Every time I try, I always get the call to fly to another airport ASAP! Let me know if you have any luck.

So I take you fly into San? Is it as crazy as it looks?

Here is one from last summer that I've been playing around with. I've been really trying to improve in post, so I just started messing around. I know selective color can be hit or miss, but I like the way it turned out.

Those particular ones were from the Wendys parking lot although I found another location just off Dixie Road to catch them when they come in from the other direction.

Mike: Thanks man! Had to bracket all my shots since it was damned cold and was down at 1/60 at ISO400. lol

These may not be my three best, but the subject matter is good. These shots were taken at the Reno Air Races in 2008, using a Canon Tx-1 hybrid video/still camera. I took at T1i with a Tamron 17-50 to Reno last year, but the accident happened before I got to the field and I didn't get any shots from the races. This year I'm going back with a new Canon 60D, and hope to get significantly better shots.
