how did you arc the sky in that Angel pic?? I'm not sure if I'm describing that right. it's really cool. Is it a vignette?

They use that panel to make notes in chalk on what ordinance is loaded. In this case, I think it says they only have rounds for the gun.

Nice. Seen heat shimmer do about the same, but not as crisp. Good addition to the original image.

One of my AzAP buddies made a comment about how cool it would have been to have had a wet ramp so I obliged him! :D

This Ride Requires An "E" Ticket

Great pics!
Now if only people knew what an "E" ticket really means. I'm dumbfounded when I say it and everyone thinks "You mean an electronic ticket on the airlines." Ummmm, NOT!
Yes. we're showing our age saying that, but it in the case of your photos it really works.

My best three so far. Used a 5dII and 70-200 f/2.8L II with 2X II. Still learning and hoping for good things with my new to me EF 300 f/2.8 USM this summer.

Holy cow, Nusty. How did you keep from getting sucked up in that first one. Wow. Nice work, great panning. What shutter speed on that one? I noticed the turbine hubs are fully blurred too.

Never mind. I have the exif now. Very nice.
