Words fail me ... What a treat it was watching this lot go at it

Having come back to what are left of my senses, I remembered to photograph the rest of what was going on ...

7. Johm Mines his 1967 JRM - Didn't really work this. I'd shortened the DOF to loose the part empty stand and the shutter spped went so high in the bright sunlight the JRM looks way to static

8. One for Klippe - Angled and a car in the top corner going the other way - Almost got it right

10. Race of the day went to these two - Lap after lap of nose to tail action finally settled by a back marker and a large dose of common sense

Hehe, I don't have to wonder why my style of shots don't get published often. This example stands out like a sore thumb. But hey, it's how I like to shoot cars - and I appreciate that you like to throw the occassional one in that I might find interesting. I do find it amusing that people really don't like angled shots though.

You never know, my style of shooting might become the market leader one year - or maybe not. :D

Great shots as per Dave. Those 5000s are beautiful and evil all at the same time. Before I die, I will drive one, oh yes, I will drive one........

Cliff

The impossible has begun - another step closer - and I am very hungry for it.

I really like the colours on #3

The F5000 cars are always good to hear, and then not hear after :D

The Trans-Am Vette looks like a beast too!

Great shots! I love the vintage racing series! One of the few things I miss aboot living in Seattle. They had vintage races three times a year.
