The first pic is of Rice University and was shot to spec for a friend who is a client...He wanted a specific angle and a little off center (why I don't know, but he paid) and then left the post processing to me.

I like the colors and vibrance here. I think the first one would be superb if the subject wasn't centered-- you might as well add more of that gorgeous sky!

I would have loved to crop out a little more of the cobbleston (which I still might do for myself) but he wanted it like this down to the last detail (except for the people

As for the sky, that's exactly how it looked when I took it - waited a very long time for some decent clouds

I like it but the sky is almost too blue... very cool though. Rice has a super nice campus. That whole area is gorgeous!

Thanks Grace, the "too blue" sky is what I was going for. I wanted an almost painted look for these and the overly blue sky adds to it (I think)
