-Flash OFF
-AF-Assist Beam OFF
-Picture quality set to "SuperFine"
-Picture size set to "M3" (1600x1200)
-Manual Shooting Mode
-No tripod/stable surface

Now comes the hard and redundant part, the ISO settings...

Also, while shooting under these light conditions, should I have "my colors" off? Or should I have it on "Tungsten", "Vivid", "Flourescent", "FluorescentH"?

That would depend on the lighting there...

This camera really wasn't made for this especially without a flash. SO set it on high and good luck. That's the best you can do, especially since concert lighting changes constantly and setting everything to a all time use won't be possible.

Superfine and fine don't really make a difference. You can take pictures of both and take a look yourself. For low lighting exposures, I usually do Manual, colors vivid, white balance - tungsten or flourescent (depends on lighting), iso 400 (that is because I don't like the noise). If you don't mind the noise turn the iso to high. Like people said this camera isn't really meant for something like this, unless its a small concert and your up close.

If the lighting is bad, you're gonna have to really notch up that ISO. This camera wasn't really designed for this kind of thing.. even dSLRs often have trouble nailing it without resorting to high ISOs and a 'fast' (high maximum aperture) lens.

High ISO. Usually the lighting will be tungsten. Set for that anyhow, rather than fluorescent or Auto unless you know there are fluorescent lights. In any case, if the lights are gelled, white balance will go crazy trying to adjust for the gelled lights, so you want a set WB which will let the colours come through.
