Adorama seems to have gotten some really nice tripods made for them, possibly contending with other high-end tripod manufacturers.

Here's a link: http://www.adorama.com …20/%20Monopods%20/%20Accs (external link)

Any opinions on these? The specs look nice, and the price is pretty reasonable, IMO. Thanks.

I just saw this there myself and came back here to do a search, of course. I'm also very interested if anyone has any experience with this brand. I may head up to adorama tomorrow to check them out, but this would be my first tripod so I'm not sure I have the knowledge to benchmark them.

Had to bump this....I just ordered the F2 ballhead and tripod. I'll try to remember to put a review in here. I only got three hits when doing a search with no reviews....

Got it this week. I have played with it at home and so far, all I can say is WOW! Tomorrow will be the true test (photog day trip), but so far, it is very functional and very solid. It feels so well built, and the ball head is nuts!!! Compared to any other tripod I have used, it is well worth the money.

So far I was unable to find a User review on the Net. How was your experience with tripod/monopod. I am quite interested in Monopod at the moment but can even buy the Tripod if it gets good review. The equipment I hope to support is Sigma 100-300 F4 and hopefully within a year 500mm (which screams for a tripod).

They seem similar to Amvona ones.

There are some reviews on the Adorama sight that give a little info. I too am interested in these given the price and the weight so it would be good to hear more.

The better question is how does it compare to the Amvona versions.

Another curious potential buyer not getting many hits on the search. Do the ball heads have independent panning?

I have a Flashpoint F-1 head and it has independent panning, and the Quick Release is Arca Swiss compatible.

Judging by the pictures, similar specs, and relatively low price I would think that the Flashpoint tripods are the same as the Amvona.com/Dynatran "enDurance" tripods. Someone would have to do a tearedown review to know for sure though. Either way, I've been very happy with my enDurance AT-A102T carbon tripod.

Check out the detailed teardown review done by Squiress here: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=373067

Hope this gives you another option!
