They did not know how to properly use the L lens. See first you are suppose to put the egg in a pan or a pot and then shoot it with the lens. The L lens is just so hot that it will automatically fry the egg.

I'm afraid you go too much to the theater. This works with lightsabers, not cameras :D

Gosh, in spite of its shortcomings, the L sure is tempting with its breakfast making capabilities!

In French I'd say "Enchanté ;)"

"Enchanté" can roughly be translated as "Pleased to meet you" in English. Literally, it is, of course "enchanted", but it would make no sense in this case to say "I am enchanted." ;)

En passant, OL9245, je parle français aussi. C'est ma langue natale.

Thanks for the tip. It would be great sometimes to speak French on the Forum (at least for me) but I'm not sure the mods wont flame us LOL. Anyway, that's a good opportunity to practice my English. Does "enchanted" means some wizzardry or something like that? Whatever it means I had the intuition its not an adjective a woman will be please to be qualified LOL.

Why else would Blue hold the lead for so long? :)

The blue is certainly enchanting (especially at breakfast time :D)
but its 10-votes lead has nothing to deal with wizardry of any kind.

428 voters voting at random between two options yield to a mathematical expectancy of a 15-votes lead o one option among the other. Any difference lesser or equal to 36 votes should be qualified insignificant.

even with 1000 voters (the minimum allowed for political polls to be published in France), only a lead as strong as 62 votes can be considered significant

and yes! for bringing us from Canon lens to political polls, not mentioning toasters and fried eggs, the L is definitely enchanting ;)

(dont forgot: once you are finished with your breakfast, you'd better (and safer) stick to L :D )
