Highlight Adjustment in DPP?

One of the things I always loved about Photoshop and Camera raw was the Highlight/Shadows adjustment, allowing me to for example, bring down the highlights (eg, the sky) without necessarily darkening my subject (object in front of the sky).

How can this be achieved in DPP? Do I use the RAW histogram?
