The fall foliage is just spectular this year in Northern Virginia...here are some examples from Huntsman Lake Park in Fairfaix County. Enjoy! C&C is always welcome.

Very nice Jim. The leaves are almost all off the trees here in the Chicago area. I find Virginia to be a pretty state at any time of the year. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the feedback. Where in the Chicago do you live? My daughter lives in Naperville and we visit there 3 - 4 times a year to see the grandkids :)

I live in the far North Suburbs, but I know Naperville well. I have a close friend who just moved from Warrenville (one town North) and a cousin who lives in Bolingbrook (one town South). Business occasionally takes me down the 355 corridor as well.

I usually take at least one trip to Virginia a year to see my sister-in-law and brother-in-law in Virginia Beach. The trip typically involves a stop in DC. Beautiful area....so much history out your direction. I look forward to that trip every year.

I like the second set of shots that you posted. The first ones have nice composition (especially second shot), but they seem to want a little more saturation.

Daniel, thanks for the kind comments and the feedback...I'll try the first two in PSCS2 and see what I can get.
