Photo Gig advice please - % of types of shots

I'm going to shoot a paid gig next year (so lots of time).

Hi. Here's the scenario.

Baby birthday party at in a banquet room. About 200 guests. What would your allocation of shots be, as a ballpark. For example,

40% kids walking around
25% group table shots
15% candids
10% posed shots
10% table life (center pieces, outside garden, entrance)


Do clients like to see lots of children? Or more adults?
