I tried a previously printed file that was unchanged and the result was the same....much darker. Monitor profile is good. Nozzle check was good. All settings re-checked and as per Epson recommendations.

Nov 20, 2007 13:07 | #2 Check your color space and also check to see if the "printer" or "pohotoshop" is controlling the color. If this got changed they your print quality may change Canon 1DXIII (2) Eos R 5R on the way 15-600 /1.2 - 5.6

Took 3 phone calls to HP; but it ended up being a bad printer cartridge. As soon as I read them the Lot # on the half used cartridge; they said a new one was on the way. -Tom Dragonetti
