wow, nice job capturing that with ur 3fps. i can barely get a good shot from sports with 3fps bursts. oh and isn't it like bad luck for the bride to have anything white at her wedding? the color just looks amazing. could get some nice contrasting colors there.

Hi there,

I'm from England and the wedding was a Sikh wedding held in Berkshire, just outside London.

The black & white is much more effective and looks absolutely great. The colour loses the effect almost completely. Would probably be even better if you gave the contrast a bit more welly.
This is a great shot.

Black and white's better but I'm glad you posted the colour version. It's definitely worth looking at.

i hope you don't mind, but I tried my newbie hand at processing the photo to try and keep the color. it's got the cross-processed look to it, which i know makes most people either love it or hate it. either way, i did the work and thought it was worth posting. i think it looks kind of cool....but your original b&w still takes the cake for the being classic.

nice, but I'd prefer a shallower DOF and focused on the bride I guess ;)
