How do I get back to "As Shot" in ACR? When I make an adjustment or crop in ACR it puts a small icon in the upper right of the tumbnail. How do I remove the crop and or adjustments to get back to as shot?

There is no one-step what that I am aware of. But once in ACR you can click onDefault to get those settigs back; white balance canbe reselected as "as shot"; crops an be reset by clicking and holding on the crop tool--you'll see an option for "clear crop."

If you're seeing the icon in the upper right corner that means you've already finished editing the image in ACR and closed out the plug-in. So to revert to the original image, browse to the image from within Adobe Bridge, right-click on the image and select Develop Settings>Clear Settings.

You can achieve the same from Adobe Bridge menu by clicking Edit>Develop Settings>Clear Settings.

Note that Clear Settings and Camera Raw Defaults are not the same. If you select "Camera Raw Defaults" it resets your image to the built-in default settings within ACR for your particular camera make, model and ISO setting. The Clear Settings option removes ALL settings so your image is back to the state it was when shot, which is what I think you're trying to achieve.

Alternatively, if you have the option to place the XMP sidecar file in the same folder with your image; simply deleting the sidecar file will restore your image to its original state.
