Hawk ID please

Hey all
well I went out shooting my Obligatory duck shot with the new lens when I was heading back to the car I spotted this guy sitting on a fence.
I tried to get closer but was well out of reach with the 100-400 and as I moved closer the bloody thing flew off so this is a crop.
I have two choices.

A=Juvenile Coopers hawk
B= Juvenile Sharp Shinned hawk.
eyes are yellow

this is the only good shot I have at this point in time.
I wish I had got a frontal shot as well.
oh well there will be a next time.
