I used to use it after doing mechanic work. Now I use that dry mechanics soap. You Put like a time sized squirt of this paste in your palm. Rub your hands together to coat the, then wait like 30 seconds. You then rub them together again and the sort of dried paste rolls into little grime balls. You rub all the stuff off and it takes the oil and grease with it, great stuff.

Nope. So far as I know, if you don't have it, your kids can't have it.

Yeah. It's genetic. My grandma has it, all 4 of her daughters have it.
With my mom, only her boys got it.
With one Aunt only her girls got it.
With another Aunt all her kids got it, girls and boys.
With another Aunt none of her kids got it.

Weird, huh.

So far, one of my brothers has 2 kids with it (2 kids without)
and the other brother has no kids with it.

Thats so freaking cool, do they ever run on hands and feet?

No really have you ever researched it Kit? Like is it ONLY your family or is there a name and people have this gene through out the world? It could tie you to some sort of ancient royalty. I would look into it,.

My grandma did some research with her family doctor, and he gave her a name for it. (I was just trying to do a search, and came up with nada).
It's genetic in our family for as far back as I can recall, but I've never heard of anyone else that has it.

I have it, too, but it only affects my spleen. I know, I've checked.

Great, now I'm shoe shopping....

The problem is as soon as a good shoe company gets popular they sell out and start making their stuff overseas. Timberlands used to be made in Maine. They were quality shoes and boots that came water proof or resistant from the factory with a warranty. They became an urban fashion statement and they sold out. Now they are crap in comparison to what they were. They are a third of the cost but who cares.

North Face is another. I imagine they still make professional gear but I know a lot of their stuff is sold and worn for the name now:rolleyes:.

That happens all over the place, in every market. It's sad. Bigger is not always better.
