Funny...I do it often though. I think I get preoccupied easily and when I refresh a page, I go off to other threads to see whats going on or to comment on some....then I don't notice that the thread has increased by one additional page.

Happened alot to me in the SMGG thread.

I keep one tab on the 'new post' page and refresh it regularly. That way I know when to return to my base thread :)

Thats an idea...never really did that. I usually have a UserCP tab open and refresh that every so often. I typically open up a new window and do the new posts, but that kinda sits so long sometimes when I get preoccupied that when I click on the next page, I get the Admin Duck Report error.

Nite, Bobert. I think I shall retire, as well. Mine own eyes are getting a tad unpredictable.

It's not turned on yet (still charging and hasn't been activated either) so it won't ring on the new phone. ;) :p

Funny. I used to be like that. These days, I just slap the batteries in and start using it from the go, there's usually some juice in the batteries when you buy stuff. I can't be fussed with waiting the full 12 hours/

Oh, I've lost my "cool" before. I just try to make those moments very few and far between. I hate having my temper run amok.

There's a new Rambo movie coming out. Just thought you would want to know.

That gave me a thought (especially with the writer's strike in effect) - it would probably be pretty cool to have the new rambo movie with the script from Rocky I filmed in Korea with all the army stuff.

I just woke up (well, it took me a couple of hours to catch up here).

Shoes. Soap. Ballet.

See? I did read ALL of it this time!! ;)

I make it a point to never go anywhere where a change in wardrobe affects my wearing my sneakers.

Unless it is for business, me too, or sandles.

I'll be down next weekend visiting cousin Bill. I am not sure where though we are going to his ranch.

Coolness, for how long?

G'MAE all.

Found the talk about shoes to be very interesting. My mother has closets just for shoes. I'm not that bad though I do have a couple dozen, most of which get worn once every few years when I resurect a gown for the Starlight prom. I have about 5 gowns that I cycle through.:D Like Cat my current regulars are mocs and a couple pairs of moccasins. And like Jim, for around the house it is my Burk wannabes from Lands End, no slippers. I think I've had this pair for 8 - 10 years now.

Think I'm gonna head out early this morning for groceries and some Christmas shopping. Looks like this afternoon the weather is gonna only be fit for hunkering down. The forcast is looking worse than it did yesterday morning especially the freezing rain part.
