That's gotta be a drag Deb, I guess there is not too many ways of getting exercise without getting the lungs pumping harder.
You had said the capacity that your lungs were working at, what was that again? I sure would not want to have to deal with what you do on a daily basis. While a fairly upbeat guy, I don't know that I could do as good as you should I be in your position. :)

I'm baaaaccckkkk!

Outside of being a bit tired, I managed to survive my trip out to the USS Ronald Reagan. I think we climbed the ladders from the 03 level to the 09 level at least eight times in the 24 hours. Add to that the fact my room was right under the No. 1 catapult (flight ops didn't end until end until 1 AM)and I was pretty exhausted by the time we flew back yesterday. Now I'm relaxing and watching the Army-Navy game...

You want fun? Here ya go.

I'll leave it up to your imagination as to what letter I thought should be added to his username... And where...

Some things in the WWW world really amaze me. If the need or otherwise for a filter adapter can generate such passion and temperature, I am glad I don't frequent any forums that cover important issues like Global Warming, Word Peace or the price of beer.

I am okay. Sorry you are not feeling well:( What you are dealing with is incredibly tough. I wish I had some good advice but the best I can offer is you should know people care. Hang in there Deb.

Ok, I know others have asked for the link, then I click on it. I will bookmark it if someone would be so kind as to post it again. :o :D

I don't know where to go to look for it.
